1- What is the trash and recycling policy for the neighborhood?

Recycle is picked up on Tuesday and trash is picked up on Friday. You should place them at the curb after 6pm the day before collection.  According to Howard County, you must remove your cans from the curb no later than the day after it’s collected. 

2- Are there standards for tending to pets in common areas?

Pets must be on leash when outside their yard.

3- What is the pest waste policy?

Homeowners must promptly pick up their pet’s waste in all areas of the neighborhood.

4- When do I need to submit an ARC request?

Submit an ARC request for any changes, additions or removals to your home or landscape.

5- Noise policy?

Per Howard County regulation, residential noise is permitted between 7am and 10pm
